Working with Daniel Brewer and his staff to buy our home was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Daniel is incredibly knowledgable and he and his team are attentive, professional and always ready to help. They took the stress out of home buying and ensured every detail was handled perfectly. He also has amazing communication skills and always got back to me immediately, explained the process clearly and kept me updated. Would highly recommend him and definitely use him again.

Daniel is the best! Very responsive, understood what we wanted before we did, and found us our perfect spot. He also got our old home under contract at the price we wanted in 4 days!

★★★★★

Working with Daniel was wonderful. He understood what I wanted and arranged multiple visits to properties on both the Western and Eastern Shore. He had a feel for which house I would enjoy the most when weighing alternatives. Daniel has a great eye for envisioning what is possible in terms of renovations and updates, and he has impeccable taste. He helped me select bathroom tiles and countertops and faucets and communicated with the contractor during renovation. Plus he is delightful company. I would recommend him to anyone shopping for a house.

★★★★★

Having owned 4 homes, I can say that Daniel is the best realtor I’ve worked with. He is patient and understanding. He has an excellent network of contractors that I’ve used multiple times. He will make recommendations and offers to simply get stuff done how you want it fast and efficiently. Cannot recommend using him enough!

My wife and I can't say enough good things about our experience working with Daniel and his team. What stands out most is his deep market knowledge and incredible dedication—he went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported every step of the way. His personal touch was especially invaluable as he helped us navigate a competitive home purchase in the Brookland neighborhood and then again with our property in Truxton Circle. If you need an agent who genuinely cares and delivers fantastic results, look no further!

★★★★★

Daniel is the best! We have bought and sold houses with Daniel and his attention to detail, calm demeanor and ability to quickly assess what was important to us all made the home buying process more efficient and enjoyable! We would certainly use Daniel again for our next sale and purchase!

★★★★★

Working with Daniel to sell and buy homes — twice, in 2018 and 2025 — was exceptional from start to finish. He combines deep knowledge of the DC real estate market with creativity, problem-solving ability, and outstanding communication. Whenever an issue arose, Daniel already had a solution, whether through beautiful staging ideas, strategic listing timing, or connections to reasonably priced contractors and other helpful resources. What sets Daniel apart is how far above and beyond he goes for his clients. In addition to expertly managing every aspect of the transaction, he focused on making the entire process easier and less stressful for me. His level of care and hands-on support exceeded all my expectations. Daniel clearly loves what he does, and it shows. He is energetic, thoughtful, immediately responsive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. I always felt he truly cared about me and wanted the best possible outcome.

In 2019, my wife and I, with Daniel's help, sold the house in the suburbs we had resided in for over 20 years. The project was successful beyond our expectations, despite the settlement occurring as covid closed in on the world. We noticed that Daniel did three things extremely well: He provided rock-solid advice, on timing, pricing, and everything else. He had a great sense of how aesthetically to present our property most effectively--what to spruce up, how exactly to spruce up (bringing in some great contractors to actually do the work), and how to market the house. And, finally, he was a great communicator--clear, timely, and always there for us, especially at the critical junctures in the process. In 2026, we turned to Daniel again to sell the apartment we bought in 2019, and had just as positive an experience, for all the same reasons. We could not imagine a better partner, now for a second time!

★★★★★

Daniel and his amazing team helped us sell our previous home and buy our Forever Home in 2024 and working with him was by far the best home buying experience EVER! We're in Boyds and he's in DC, yet no matter what property, he always made the trip to show it. We went from selling, to renting, to buying, yet through it all Daniel was there, wearing all the hats: he was our realtor, our general contractor, art consultant, babysitter, marriage counselor (all the hats). We were a lot, but he made us feel like we were his only client. Not to mention his team is phenomenal and he's so well connected across the DMV and beyond. After our 1st open house we had an offer, well above asking price! Then he recommended a great moving and temporary storage company for our transition to the apartment. And finally when we were ready to give up on the market, Daniel convinced us to look at one more house and it just so happened to be the ONE. So I don't care if we move to Cali next, we're calling Daniel first!

★★★★★

The Advisory Partners team was amazing on all fronts from clearly communicating the process, preparing our rental property for sale, working diligently to make the open houses and subsequent sale happen, and, finally, closing in a timely manner. All done professionally and with a smile! We will definitely be using Daniel Brewer when we are ready to sell our home. Won’t hesitate.

★★★★★

Excellent service, extremely responsive, and friendly. Listened to our requests and understood our needs and wants. We’ve been very pleased with the partnership and would definitely love to do business again with Daniel and his team.

★★★★★

Daniel’s attention to detail and knowledge of the market was invaluable during our home buying experience. We closed on a purchase that had tight deadlines and Daniel helped us navigate and manage those deadlines perfectly. Daniel was our agent for our last purchase and we plan to use him again.

★★★★★

I had an excellent experience working with Daniel! He is an expert in DC real estate, and his expertise and advice was crucial in helping me make the best decision regarding my property. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

★★★★★

I cannot recommend Daniel and his team more highly. They worked tirelessly to help me understand the local market and my financing options, and were so generous and patient with me during my search process

★★★★★

Daniel was fantastic, responsive and flexible, with incredible local knowledge and connections. He worked with our budget and made sure we had all the information we needed. We love the place we purchased. I highly recommend working with Daniel.

★★★★★

As someone who works in commercial real estate, I appreciate what it takes to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a keen eye on the details — and Daniel does this exceptionally well. He brings care, sophistication, and an unmatched drive to everything he does. He’s well-connected, a skilled negotiator, and a clear, thoughtful communicator. Added bonus- he’s a lot of fun to work with! If you’re buying or selling in DC, Daniel is the one to call.

★★★★★

Daniel Brewer and his team are so patient and experienced that I felt we were in great hands to deal with the intimidating market in DC. We have bought and sold before in another state, but every place is unique and Daniel’s expertise helped us navigate what are good neighborhoods, why certain houses were built in a certain way, what are good things to look out for. It made our lives so much easier knowing Daniel was looking out for us! Would absolutely recommend this team to anyone!

★★★★★

Working with Daniel was a wonderful experience. Even though we were only looking for a rental, he treated us with the same care and attention as if we were purchasing a home. We toured several places together, and he really took the time to understand what we were looking for. Ultimately, he helped us find the perfect house in Kalorama for our year in D.C. We always felt supported, valued, and in good hands throughout the process.

★★★★★

Everything was taken care of and seamless. We always felt like Daniel and Alice were not only ahead of and on top of things, but did it with style, professionalism, and prestige. It truly is like a concierge service! Don’t know what we would’ve done without them

★★★★★

We absolutely loved working with Daniel. He was by far the most experienced and knowledgeable Agent I’ve ever worked with. I can confidently say I have an Agent for life!

★★★★★

Daniel was very responsive and navigated my sale during a very challenging time in the market.

★★★★★

Daniel and his team are amazing! very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

★★★★★

I cannot recommend Daniel and his team highly enough! From start to finish, they went far beyond what I ever expected from a real estate agent. Not only did they expertly handle the listing and sale of an investment property, but they also took on the role of general contractor and project manager for a major renovation. They coordinated and managed the contractors, kept the work moving along, procured supplies, building materials, appliances, and fixtures, and handled countless details that most realtors would expect their client to take care of. The hands-on involvement made an enormous difference. I was under a lot of pressure and time constraints due to a divorce, and Daniel got me a full price offer within days of listing the property, during a time that condos were sitting on the market for months at a time. Daniel is much more than a real estate agent- he is a true advocate, problem-solver, and project manager. If you are looking for someone who will genuinely go the extra mile and take ownership of the entire process, I would recommend him without hesitation.

★★★★★

I can't say enough good things! Thanks to Advisory Partners, the entire process from start to finish was handled with the utmost detail, care, expertise, and professionalism.

★★★★★

Daniel is simply the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. He is a consummate professional. He helped us find and buy our dream home, and he was instrumental in the successful sale of our previous house. We have several friends and family members who have had a similar experience with Daniel. We could not be happier with our experience, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment, a condo, or a house.

★★★★★

Daniel and his team are amazing! They helped us both buy our new home and sell our old home. Once we gave them an idea of our aesthetic, they helped us find beautiful homes to tour and even opened our minds to a new neighborhood that we hadn’t even thought of before. That new neighborhood is now where we live. 10/10 recommend!

★★★★★

We had the privilege of working with Daniel to sell our condo and upgrade to a row home that he found for us off market. From start to finish, he provided excellent guidance, support, and even lent his design eye as we selected finishes for our new home. He was so great, that we referred my brother, who had the benefit of working with Daniel as well! Now, he's our family's preferred agent.

★★★★★

Daniel Brewer demonstrates an unparalleled level of professionalism with his insights into the housing market and his close attention to detail. He is also an brilliant negotiator and will make sure that you not only have a beautiful home, but also that you have made an excellent investment!

★★★★★

Daniel is an excellent real estate advisor! He knows just what properties to show (even the not-yet-to-market ones) and his relationships with other realtors helped us figure out the right offer price! If you're looking for a DC agent to be honest (sometimes brutally) about the houses you are viewing (or if selling your own), call Daniel!

★★★★★

Daniel Brewer actually made the stressful experience of buying a house fun and found our dream house. He knows every single neighborhood and street corner in Washington, DC and the suburbs intimately. So he got us exactly we wanted and in the price range we gave him. He also is well-connected so he helped us learn of houses before they hit the market. Daniel looked out for our family like we were his family- from representing us in the negotiations to finding a painter after we closed. He is also a great communicator and very responsive in every way. I could not recommend him more highly for a friend or family member.

★★★★★

When I got married, my wife and I needed to sell our prior homes and buy a new home --- 3 transactions sequenced and across Northern VA and DC, involving 2 houses and a co-op. 2 were easier to transact than the 3rd. Daniel and his team performed very well. He showed a high level of skill across many neighborhoods and troubleshot quite impressively when things came up. We continue to strategize with him as a trusted advisor.

★★★★★

Daniel was a true partner on the sale of my home from start to finish. He knows the DMV market inside-out and was able to quickly help me make the small changes needed to show my home in its best light. Best of all, he’s grounded in his research – we were able to price things perfectly to garner interest and sell the home in less than a month between listing and close without sacrificing on final cost. In fact, it was a record sale for the neighborhood. A real pleasure to work with and someone you can trust to be your advocate in a continually competitive housing market.

★★★★★

Daniel is the best Real Estate Advisor we've worked with in decades of buying and selling homes. When we moved to the DC area, he came highly recommended — not by one, but by THREE of our friends. Relocating to a new city is never easy, but Daniel did an outstanding job showing us the neighborhoods that best suited our needs. We fell in love with a beautiful historic property in Dupont Circle, and we couldn't be more grateful for Daniel's hard work. His sense of humor also helped lighten tense moments, which made all the difference. Many thanks to Daniel for helping us find our dream home in our dream neighborhood!

★★★★★

Daniel made the process of buying a home fun and interesting, rather than stressful. His deep understanding of interior design is an incredible strength. It allowed us to better appreciate opportunities, and to better understand the underlying value of the property. Thanks to him we have a beautiful home in a great neighborhood that has dramatically increased in value in just a few years!

★★★★★

We are thankful to be a 4x client of Daniel, trusting him with the purchases and sales of homes for our family over the last decade. Daniel's extensive knowledge of today's real estate market is only surpassed by his attention to the client. He will employ social media, traditional marketing, and trend analysis in your journey. Daniel goes the extra mile. Daniel is, also, an attentive listener. He takes the time from your first meeting to your closing with a focus on you. Daniel, As a person and professional, is why I recommend him 100%, and will continue to trust him in all of our real estate ventures.

★★★★★

Daniel and his team are quite simply the best real estate professionals in the DMV area. From the start of this process almost six months ago, through the purchase of our new house and the sale of our old one, we have been consistently impressed by how in touch they were with our goals and desires. Daniel has an encyclopedic knowledge of the local market. That, coupled with their razor sharp negotiating skills, ensured that we got our new house for less than we expected to pay, and sold our old house for far above asking price. This team cares about its customers. You will feel that from the moment you meet them. I have already recommended them to my sister, and I will continue to sing their praises to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell real estate in DMV. I will be forever grateful for everything they have done for me and my family.

★★★★★

We had the privilege of working with Daniel for the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home. We consider ourselves very lucky to have worked with such a knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and fun agent. No question was too little, night too late, or detail too insignificant for him to devote time to helping us work through it.

★★★★★

Daniel went above and beyond to take the stress out of the process of selling the home. He determined the best listing price, worked with a stager, and coordinated contractors, gardeners and others to make sure everything was immaculate. As a result, Daniel was able to generate a bidding war within less than a week of the property being listed, and offers were well above the listing price.

★★★★★

Someone described Daniel's process to us by saying, "He would learn what we wanted and curate a list of properties that would interest us." I laughed. Isn't that what every real estate agent says they'll do? My partner and I were completely blown away by Daniel's approach. He truly did just that, and he was spot on. As first-time home buyers, he walked us through the whole buying process, helped us determine our needs, and brought up questions we wouldn't have known to ask. The whole time, we were impressed by the white-glove treatment we received from him. Daniel helped keep things moving for repairs that needed to happen after our inspection, recommended contractors, and nudged our lender when we had questions. We were incredibly fortunate to be able to work with Daniel and his team. Without him, I'd be surprised if we weren't still looking for a home.

★★★★★

We had the pleasure of working with Daniel on both selling and buying. He helped us sell a condo in Dupont Circle and a beautifully staged townhouse in McLean that achieved a record price for its development. With his guidance, we also purchased our dream historic rowhouse in Logan Circle, which is absolutely perfect for us—we truly love it. Throughout the process, Daniel was a delight to work with, even making house tours fun for our teenage girls. His deep knowledge of the DMV market and years of experience made everything far less stressful and far more enjoyable. The entire experience was excellent, and I've already recommended Daniel to numerous friends—and will continue to do so without hesitation.

★★★★★

Daniel is absolutely fantastic. Super responsive, totally professional, and handled the negotiation perfectly. Also extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were selling and buying, and the process. He was truly a joy to work with!

★★★★★

Daniel is simply magnificent! We have had several realtors in three states over the years. He is a class above — very smart, literate, witty, incredibly well networked with everyone from other agents and mortgage lenders to interior decorators (he also has a college degree in interior design) and movers.

★★★★★

Daniel is the most incredibly effective, fun, knowledgeable and efficient realtor we've ever worked with. He helped us find a gem of a primary home in DC that we absolutely love at a purchase price we were comfortable with. We've never had so much fun buying a house. He's our forever realtor!
